The role ensures that operational, system, and supply‑chain readiness activities required for successful product launch are executed accurately, on time, and in full alignment with global governance standards.</span><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>This role serves as the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">central operational coordinator</span> between EMO, Supply, Demand Planning, Master Data, Markets, and Group Project Managers, ensuring seamless transition from development into execution.</span></p>\n<p><span>The role also acts as the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Planview Super User and subject‑matter expert</span> for the GPMO team, supporting consistent project governance, data quality, and reporting across the portfolio.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>(1) <span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Global Post‑Gate 3 / 4 Implementation Management</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Own and manage all <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">post‑Gate 3 / Gate 4 implementation activities</span> across global projects.</span></li>\n<li><span>Track and govern all <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Level 2 implementation tasks</span> once iGate 3 or 4 approval is obtained.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure completion of all implementation deliverables in accordance with global governance requirements.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>(2) </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Supply &amp; System Readiness</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Coordinate submission, review, and approval of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EMO Purchase Info Record (PIR)</span> forms.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">12‑month rolling forecasts</span> are collected, validated, and provided to Supply Planning.</span></li>\n<li><span>Oversee completion and updates of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Underselling Risk assessments</span> where applicable (e.g., ANZ).</span></li>\n<li><span>Partner with Master Data and Supply teams to confirm <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Master Material setup</span>, SKU readiness, and launch alignment.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>(3) </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Go‑to‑Market Execution</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Support market teams through full <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">launch readiness</span>, following handover from Global or Regional IO/PMs.</span></li>\n<li><span>Track GTM milestones including repacking, SKU confirmation, barcode alignment, and supply configurations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure markets are aligned to approved launch plans, scope, timelines, and supply assumptions.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>(4) </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Cross‑Functional &amp; Stakeholder Coordination</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Act as the primary coordination point between <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EMO, Tech Ops, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Master Data, and Market PMs</span> during implementation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proactively identify and escalate risks, delays, or data gaps impacting supply readiness or launch timelines.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>(5) </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Governance, Reporting &amp; Planview Ownership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ensure compliance with governance requirements across <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">iGate 3 → iGate 4 → Launch</span> phases.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain implementation dashboards, portfolio views, and weekly progress reporting to GPMO leadership.</span></li>\n<li><span>Serve as <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Planview Super User</span> for the GPMO team, including: </span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Supporting best‑practice usage and consistency across projects</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintaining data quality, timelines, and milestone integrity</span></li>\n<li><span>Providing guidance, training, and troubleshooting for project teams</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span>Confirm all activities are completed to enable <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">iGate 4 approval</span> and final <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">“Ship‑to‑Trade” launch</span>.</span><br><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager handling global projects.</li>\n<li>Highly desirable if candidate has project management certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma etc.)</li>\n<li>Preferably came from the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry and has knowledge and exposure in regulatory / supply chain of the said industries.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>",
