This is a 6&ndash;12 month paid pathway designed for experienced hospitality leaders &mdash; restaurant AGMs, hotel or country club F&amp;B managers, banquet managers &mdash; who are ready to run a venue of their own. You bring the leadership experience. We provide the structure, support, and a clear path to a GM seat.</p><hr><p><strong>What makes this different</strong></p><p>Our business is event-based, which means the schedule is predictable in a way restaurant and hotel operations simply aren&#39;t. You&#39;ll know when the big days are coming, plan for them, and execute them. Weekends are a real part of this role &mdash; but the open-ended chaos of restaurant service is not. This is high-volume hospitality with structure you can actually build a career around.</p><p>Our GMs aren&#39;t just managers. They run their venues with genuine autonomy &mdash; coaching their sales team, owning their financial results, developing their people, and setting the culture. You&#39;ll have a supportive leader in your corner and a network of centralized teams in HR, marketing, and accounting behind you. At Wedgewood, GMs are invited into our Employee Ownership Program &mdash; a real financial stake in the company&#39;s long-term growth. If Wedgewood hits its financial targets, you earn a significant payout beyond your standard compensation, tied to your tenure and performance. Payouts for GMs range from 4 to 18+ months of salary. As new venues open and the business grows, so does your reward.
