CSS worker will participate in formal assessment and the development of the person-centered plan; monitor client&#39;s progress towards goal attainment; provide assistance and act as a 24-hour resource when necessary. Train clients in living skills, social skills and other pro-social activities which enable client (s) to actively participate in the recovery process. The CSS worker also transports clients to appointments and makes house visits as applicable. The CSS worker is an active member of the Clinical Treatment Team.
