Promote Dealership Solutions: Champion all aspects of the dealership by selling machines, parts, service, labor, and customer service agreements. Customer Engagement: Maintain a consistent call cycle, striving for a minimum of 120 calls per week to connect with and support your customers. Account Management: Proactively manage and qualify an account base in assigned territories, primarily using the telephone to update customer information and develop strong relationships. Needs Analysis: Uncover customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Data Integrity: Meticulously maintain an accurate customer account database and machine population to support targeted sales and marketing efforts. Qualifications What We're Looking For: A fit with Quinn Company’s performance-driven culture and values of Safety, Integrity, Relationships, Teamwork, Respect and Quality. Spanish fluency is required for this role. A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, along with two to three years of business-to-business sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience..
