This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with contract specifications and company quality standards.</p><p><br/></p><p>Job requirements are as follows:</p><ul><li>Completing projects on time, within budget, and most importantly, satisfying our customers.</li><li>Communicate accurately and in a timely manner with all departments within Nycom.</li><li>Capable of understanding architectural plans and specifications; analyzing project scope; scheduling; purchasing; vendor follow-up; submittals; change orders; project close-out.</li><li>Degree from a 4-year college, with preference given to Engineering or Construction Management preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction processes.</li><li>Ability to learn and use construction-related software and digital tools, including common office computer applications.</li><li>Experience in construction specialties is highly desired.</li></ul>",
