The position assumes that the incumbent has both the mental and physical requirements to carry out the above defined duties.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering&nbsp;</li><li>⁠Some experience in Construction Materials Testing</li><li>Effective communication skills (written, verbal and listening) and solid interpersonal skills</li><li>Internal PMCP completion within 6 months of hire</li><li>Ability to lead and supervise others</li><li>Must be able to work off shift and overtime as needed</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering</span></li><li><span>3+ years' experience as a project manager&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>5+ years of Construction Materials Testing experience</span></li><li><span>ICC, ACI, PennDOT NECEPT Certifications</span></li></ul><p><strong>Intertek: Total Quality.
