The principal embraces sophisticated, fashion-forward dressing that is age-appropriate, polished, and never dowdy. She has a specific style and values thoughtful presentation in both daily wear and special events.

Sleeves required

Avoidance of plunging necklines

Wardrobe & Closet Management

Oversee garment care, including dry cleaning, shoe repair, and jewelry repair
Maintain detailed tracking systems for items sent out and returned
Process new purchases and coordinate returns or exchanges
Styling & Outfit Development
Curate daily and event-specific looks aligned with the principal's aesthetic
Ensure all ensembles are polished, fashion-forward, and appropriate
Anticipate wardrobe needs based on calendar, travel, and climate
Develop race-event and themed event attire with creativity and refinement
Photograph and catalog outfits for continuity
Travel Wardrobe Coordination
Prepare complete packing plans tailored to itinerary and climate
Create detailed inventories of all items sent and returned
Ensure all garments are travel-ready and restored post-trip
Inspect garments upon return and coordinate necessary care
Pack and maintain both wardrobe and personal items (including toiletries and essentials)
Qualifications
• Spanish is a plus, not required• Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and able to maintain composure and perspective within a fast-paced environment
Requirements

Proven experience handling fine clothing and luxury accessories
Strong knowledge of garment care and fabric handling
