We provide: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive health benefits that start day 1 </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Student Loan Repayment Assistance & Reimbursement Programs </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Family-focused benefits  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Wellness incentives </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ongoing mentorship, <em>development, </em>and leadership programs  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>And more</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Description</h2>\n<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinates and conducts clinical or research activities related to the psychological evaluation and treatment of patients or research participants.</li>\n <li>Provides psychological, physiological and/or behavioral assessments of patients.</li>\n <li>Administers a variety of neuropsychological tests which require advanced formal education to assess areas such as cognitive functioning, academic skills, personality and emotional development, and behavior.</li>\n <li>Develops ideas to facilitate research studies and proposes ideas for new research studies.</li>\n <li>Recruits, screens, and conducts clinical evaluations of potential participants.</li>\n <li>Assists in determining their eligibility to participate in clinical trials.</li>\n <li>Collects, compiles and analyzes data related to various psychological or behavioral studies.</li>\n <li>Extracts statistical data and prepares reports.</li>\n <li>Conducts interviews and schedules regular visits with study participants and their caregivers.</li>\n <li>Writes psychological reports and interprets results.</li>\n <li>Provides consultation and advice concerning post-study therapy, interventions, and behavior management.</li>\n <li>Educates patients concerning research procedures, investigational devices, and drugs.</li>\n <li>Maintains accurate and complete documentation on the delivery of mental health care services for study participants.</li>\n <li>Makes referrals to mental health professionals or services.</li>\n <li>May dispense medication in compliance with research protocols.</li>\n <li>Maintains required documentation.</li>\n <li>Attends and participates in regular administrative and clinical staff meetings.</li>\n <li>Conducts education or informational presentations for targeted audiences.</li>\n <li>May present study findings at conferences. Performs related responsibilities as required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A degree in education, psychology, social work or a related field.</li>\n <li>One year of directly related experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Physical Requirements: (Sedentary); 1-10 lbs 0-33% of the work day (occasionally); Negligible 34-66% of the workday (frequently); Negligible 67-100% of the workday (constantly); Lifting 10 lbs max; Carrying of small articles such as dockets, ledgers, files, small tools; Occasional standing & walking; Frequent sitting Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing) Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Environmental Conditions: Factors affecting environment conditions may vary depending on the assigned work area and tasks.
