As&#xa0;an&#xa0;Associate&#xa0;Developer&#xa0;focused on Apparel, you will use your knowledge of product development and processes to&#xa0;execute and own the development&#xa0;lifecycle for assigned styles and categories from design handoff through buy readiness.&#xa0;</p><p>You are the primary development contact for the categories you manage and serve as the day-to-day link between&#xa0;design, merchandising, technical design, planning,&#xa0;production&#xa0;and&#xa0;our factory partners. It is essential that all communication is&#xa0;accurate, complete,&#xa0;timely,&#xa0;and professional. Therefore, we entrust you to develop quality, on-time&#xa0;and cost-efficient products that are a reflection of&#xa0;Vuori’s&#xa0;aesthetic and ethos.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What you'll get to do:</strong></p><ul><li>Own execution of the development process for assigned categories and styles, from concept through buy readiness, ensuring all milestones are met on time.&#xa0;</li><li>Serve as the primary day‑to‑day development contact for vendors for assigned categories, driving clear communication, accountability, and alignment to calendar, cost, and product expectations.&#xa0;</li><li>Manage&#xa0;development of&#xa0;WIP and time &amp; action calendars for assigned categories, ensuring vendors are&#xa0;submitting&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;and&#xa0;timely&#xa0;updates; proactively follow up on status and risks.&#xa0;</li><li>Own buy readiness for assigned styles and categories, ensuring all development requirements—including costing, testing, approvals, and documentation—are completed accurately and on time.&#xa0;</li><li>Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all critical product data within the PLM system, including style details, technical properties (if applicable), BOMs, costing, testing status, and buy readiness indicators.&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain accuracy of technical packages to ensure products meet goals for innovation, function,&#xa0;fit, quality, and commercial viability.&#xa0;</li><li>Participate in fittings with Design and Technical Design. Clearly&#xa0;communicate development, fit, and visual feedback to vendors in alignment with cross‑functional direction.&#xa0;</li><li>Own and manage all&#xa0;submits&#xa0;(lab dips, trims, washes, strike‑offs, SMS, PPS, etc.), including tracking, receiving, organizing, and preparing materials for milestone meetings.&#xa0;</li><li>Support and, when&#xa0;appropriate, independently lead cost negotiations with vendors to achieve target margins; analyze cost drivers, suggest alternatives, and partner with management for alignment and support as needed.&#xa0;</li><li>Partner cross‑functionally to ensure alignment across Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Materials, Trims/Color, Production, and Planning, escalating&#xa0;risks&#xa0;or gaps early.&#xa0;</li><li>Support compliance and performance testing for assigned categories and partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues ahead of buy readiness.&#xa0;</li><li>Assist&#xa0;with seasonal workbooks and development recaps as needed, including proofing for accuracy of style information, images, and product details.&#xa0;</li><li>Demonstrate a strong ownership mindset, proactive problem solving, and increasing independence while&#xa0;leveraging&#xa0;Senior Developer and Manager support for strategic guidance.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
