    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Prospective Payment System Coordinator/Liaison</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Confluence Health Hospital - Mares Campus</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Wenatchee, WA</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Signet Health, a national acute rehabilitation and behavioral health company is seeking a <strong>Prospective Payment System (PPS) Coordinator/Liaison</strong> for the 9-bed rehabilitation program at Confluence Health Hospital in Wenatchee, WA.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <strong>PPS Coordinator/Liaison</strong> plays a vital role in the management and optimization of reimbursement for inpatient rehabilitation services. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>**Signet Health offers a highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.**</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinates the data collection on the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility Patient Assessment Instrument (IRF-PAI) for completion and timely submission to CMS.</li>\n <li>Ensures evidence of supporting documentation.</li>\n <li>Provides clinical staff education to ensure compliance with CMS guidelines.</li>\n <li>Coordinates all efforts for immediate issue resolution concerning GG scoring and rating.</li>\n <li>Conducts ongoing review of IRF-PAI related data and assists the Director to address action.</li>\n <li>Provides guidance to rehab physicians and clinical team on capturing tier codes for appropriate reimbursement.</li>\n <li>Provides feedback to the team through audits on scoring, rating, and quality measures.</li>\n <li>Implements a schedule for every patient for timely completion of the IRF-PAI.</li>\n <li>Reports key metrics to the leadership team at daily team meetings.</li>\n <li>Collaborates closely with HIM coding department to identify and document all applicable codes concurrently.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Requirements/Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Current Washington state licensure in nursing (RN) or allied health profession (PT, OT, SLP) required.</li>\n <li>Minimum of two years experience in rehabilitation or a closely related field required. </li>\n <li>Experience with ICD 10 coding preferred.</li>\n <li>Previous experience with CMS data collection, MDS, IRF-PAI, OASIS.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Hospital/Program Description</h2>\n<p>Confluence Health Hospital offers medical rehabilitation services in North Central Washington to patients with recent medical issues such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple trauma, amputation and other diagnosis with physical and/or cognitive impairment.</p>\n<p> </p>",
