The appropriate dose and final concentration of active ingredients, measurement of prescribed dose, appropriate diluents and volumes and admixing such CSPs is performed by the pharmacists to ensure safe high quality patient care and timely dispensing of CSPs in accordance with USP 797 standards.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; vertical-align: bottom;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%;\">Provide comprehensive clinical information about medications and patient-specific drug information to nurses, physicians and other health care providers and professionals and patients to ensure optimal pharmaceutical care.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white;
