We are the pioneers of the direct business model which is now adopted by many in the industry.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>INFINIUM has the need for a full-time Pre-Construction Coordinator<strong>&nbsp;</strong>that is conscientious, hardworking, and dedicated to join our team with the following:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Working on the preconstruction side of the business communicating with general contractors, architects, and clients to ask job-specific questions or provide them with knowledge of INFINIUM.</li><li>Work closely with all departments of the company, including sales, project management,</li></ul><p>engineering, and production.</p><ul><li>Review architectural drawing sets for demountable partition scope of work and information.</li><li>Perform takeoffs of drawings using Bluebeam and Excel.</li><li>Work with INFINIUM certified installers and raw material vendors to obtain up-to-date pricing</li><li>Accurately work up estimates based on information gathered from drawings and specifications.</li><li>Generate bid packages and proposals to send out to general contractors, architects, and clients.</li><li>Manage project information in company databases and software programs.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Experience (1-3 years) in mechanical engineering, construction management, architecture, or other industry-related field required.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>Bluebeam, CAD, and Excel experience preferred.</li><li><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\" style=\"margin-left: 0in;\" id=\"isPasted\">Utilize data analytics via Power BI to help company stakeholders understand trends and make data driven decisions preferred</span></li><li>Ability to understand and dissect architectural drawings.</li><li>Energetic, organized, and personable.</li><li>Hyper-communicative team player with problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Extremely organized and results-oriented.</li><li>Skilled in multi-tasking and time management.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The appropriate compensation package will be designed for the right candidate, including.&nbsp;</p><p>health/dental/vision, paid vacation, and 401K plan with a yearly profit-sharing bonus opportunity.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>INFINIUM is an equal opportunity employer offering a team-oriented, open, and enjoyable</p><p>work environment.</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
