Our team of experts - based in the United States, Mexico, Spain, Germany and India - provides professional service and tailor-made solutions with high-quality standards.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a Mechanical Site Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the proper mechanical implementation of automated production systems, leading the installation process and ensuring the operational availability and reliability.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Note: </span></em><span>This role does not involve IT, software development, Agile/Scrum, or technical engineering design.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">General Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and coordinate all on-site mechanical installation activities.</li>\n<li>Plan the phases, schedules, milestones, and deliverables of the mechanical installation scope of projects.</li>\n<li>Resolution of technical and operational incidents that may arise during mechanical assembly.</li>\n<li>Supervision and coordination of the installation personnel in their charge, including supervisors and mechanical team leaders.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Risk identification and mitigation</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Determine the human, technical and material resources necessary for the development of the mechanical assembly projects that are assigned to it.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with quality standards, industrial safety and applicable regulations.</li>\n<li>Guarantee the documentation and technical closure of mechanical installations.</li>\n<li>Ability to prepare reports or follow-up reports of installation tasks, to inform the head of the department, project management or the client.</li>\n<li>Coordination with the mechanical engineering team for the reception, analysis and implementation of the technical information necessary for the realization of the mechanical assembly.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum experience of 10 years performing supervision tasks in mechanical installation projects for the assembly of automated and/or robotic lines, preferably in the automotive sector.</li>\n<li><span>Bilingual English/Spanish </span></li>\n<li>Technical knowledge of: complex electromechanical installations, robotic and industrial automation systems, reading and interpretation of EPLAN electrical diagrams and industrial safety regulations.</li>\n<li>Problem-solving profile, with decision-making skills and management of situations on site.</li>\n<li>Total availability to travel.</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li>\n<li>Strong leadership and team management skills.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Does it sound like an interesting role for you?<br>We are looking forward to receiving your application.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><em><span>IT8 is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
