We're genuine co-owners, and this ESOP setup promotes a culture of collaboration and engagement throughout MSA because we all have a direct financial interest as owners.\"</em> -Project Engineer - Transportation, Cedar Rapids Office</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><em><strong>The work you may do</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare and administer municipal loan and grant applications</li>\n <li>Coordinate funding requirements with engineers, agencies, contractors, and local leaders</li>\n <li>Analyze data and support planning and infrastructure projects</li>\n <li>Facilitate public engagement activities</li>\n <li>Monitor wage rates and ensure funding compliance</li>\n <li>Build strong relationships with municipal, county, and state partners</li>\n <li>Travel occasionally within the Midwest (primarily Northern, Central, and Western WI)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><em><strong>What you bring</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience:</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate's degree in Public Administration, Finance, Planning, Business Administration, or related field required</li>\n <li>Community and economic development experience required</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience in the application and administration of various types of funding grants required </li>\n <li>Intermediate user of Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel required</li>\n <li>Experience with ArcGIS and 3D graphic tools preferred</li>\n <li>This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. Work 42 hours this week?
