Position Overview We are seeking a technically proficient Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role will manage revenue recognition processes, revenue share operations, and drive process improvements across our finance function. investigate root causes and implement preventative controls Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, AP, Sales Operations, and partner-facing teams to ensure accurate revenue share execution and contract compliance Process Improvement & Technical Solutions Drive process improvement and automation initiatives across revenue accounting and revenue share workflows, identifying inefficiencies and implementing technical solutions Build and maintain reporting infrastructure using QuickSight, Power BI, and other analytics tools; develop data validation processes and management dashboards Leverage Python or other scripting tools to automate manual processes and improve data accuracy Extract and analyze data from multiple systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, SharePoint) to support revenue analysis and decision-making Create and maintain technical documentation for processes, system workflows, and calculation methodologies Collaboration & Support Collaborate with FP&A and operations teams to provide revenue forecasting and analysis Assist with the implementation and optimization of revenue management systems and tools Assist sales and legal teams with contract negotiation by providing revenue recognition recommendations Mentor junior accounting staff and provide technical accounting guidance on revenue matters Support special projects related to process improvements, system implementations, or technical accounting research Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA certification or actively pursuing 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years focused on revenue accounting Strong technical proficiency: Advanced Excel required;
