Job Function: The Inside Sales Manager is a results-driven “Player/Coach” that supports our growth and business transformation across multiple Industrial segments in North America (Canada, USA, and Mexico). The ideal candidate will excel in building, mentoring, and managing a high performing Inside Sales Team. In addition, this role will perform customer-facing activities throughout the full sales cycle, building strong customer relationships, and driving new revenue growth through proactive outreach and account management. Reports to: Head of Sales – Fluid Connectors Division, NA Responsibilities and Objectives: Create, build, mentor, track team’s KPI’s. Provide direction, and strategic focus consistent with the overall FCS business strategy. Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities via phone, email, and CRM tools. Manage inbound inquiries, provide technical product information, and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs. Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, process orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, outside sales, technical support, and product management teams to create/understand value propositions and prospect and call target customers. Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Participate in training and development programs to stay current on product offerings and industry trends. Adheres to all safety, quality and environmental standards Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field preferred. 3–5+ years of inside sales experience in B2B industrial or technical products (fluid connectors, automation, plastics, automotive, or related sectors). Team Management preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Aurea) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Physical Requirements : Travel Stamina: Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and visit client sites. Presentation Stamina: Capability to stand for extended periods while delivering technical demonstrations, presentations, or training sessions. Vision and Hearing: Adept visual acuity for analyzing technical drawings, software interfaces, or machinery, and auditory capabilities for clear communication in, sometimes, loud environments.
