This role focuses on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">software testing, verification, and validation (V&amp;V)</span> of bioinformatics pipelines used in medical devices and LDT products within a regulated environment.<br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:<br></span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist in developing and executing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">test protocols</span> for bioinformatics software and pipelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Exposure to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">NGS pipelines and/or PCR-based workflows</span>.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Basic understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">software development lifecycle (SDLC)</span> and testing concepts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
