Fitter, etc..</u></strong></i>. As this person will not only be instructing on safety topics but also assembly of equipment and various craft procedures on site.&nbsp;<br>NO PER DIEM</p><p><strong>MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, PASS A DISA BACKGROUND CHECK, AND A DRUG TEST WITH HAIR FOLLICLE</strong></p><p><strong><u>The Craft Training Coordinator&nbsp;will have strong journey level skills and hold various NCCER craft certifications, will support the Talent Development team with the curriculum enhancement, facilitation of craft and leadership material while acting as the liaison between the project craft professionals and Talent Development to remediate training deficiencies</u></strong>.&nbsp; <u>The individual must have decision making skills that&nbsp;enables them to&nbsp;plan and perform highly complex or technical work where no procedures or standard methods are available.&nbsp; This position may include, but is not limited to,&nbsp;the following functions:</u></p><ul><li>Overall facilitation of Talent Development programs in both English and Spanish to include Craft, Equipment, Frontline Supervisor, Leadership and Learning Management Systems.</li><li>Ensure the safety of all training participants throughout the training, demonstration, practicing and performance verifications.&nbsp; Participate in the MPW process, while taking the lead on shop, tool, material and equipment inspections</li><li>Ensure compliance and consistency in training processes and procedures by recording and auditing various aspects for the project's craft training program(s) including but not limited to records, documents, processes and personnel.</li><li>Create, coordinate, and facilitate new bilingual training and development opportunities to mitigate quality, safety, production deficiencies for our craft personnel.</li><li>Perform scheduled collaboration with SADC students and their foreman; record key items in student tracker to allow for proactive engagement to all issues or concerns.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>JOB REQUIREMENTS</p><p>Education:&nbsp; NCCER Certification.&nbsp; This position requires verified journey level craft experience.&nbsp; An associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred.&nbsp;</p><p>Experience:&nbsp; Over 3 to 5 year’s experience.&nbsp; Total experience can be accumulative over multiple journey level crafts.</p><p>Good communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Computer Software programs is needed.</p><p><strong>Required Attributes:</strong></p><p>Highly motivated&nbsp;</p><p>High level of integrity</p><p>High level of initiative</p><p>Follow instructions.</p><p>Willing to work in various climates and weather conditions</p><p>Willing to work at elevation and in tight or congested work areas</p><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><p>Strong written and oral communication</p><p>High level of attention to detail</p><p>Excellent time management</p><p>Highly organized</p><p>Leadership</p><p>Meeting and Classroom Facilitation/Presentation</p><p><strong>Required Abilities:</strong></p><p>Computer proficient</p><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office:&nbsp;&nbsp;Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Access</p><p>Conduct meetings</p><p>Presenting/Reporting</p><p>Flexible work schedule</p><p><strong>Preference:</strong></p><p>Bilingual in English and Spanish</p><p>Industrial construction experience</p><p>Knowledge and experience with Industrial construction training curriculum</p><p>Previous training experience</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>#LI-KL1</span></p>",
