You’ll oversee all phases of BAS /BMS project execution—from engineering and programming to installation and closeout—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#havel #shambaugh #LI-DF #LI-onsite</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and execute control system implementation plans tailored to client needs.</li>\n <li>Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, programmers, and installers.</li>\n <li>Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.</li>\n <li>Manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and field surveys.</li>\n <li>Support technical troubleshooting and commissioning efforts.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with budget and schedule targets.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience managing electrical, HVAC, BAS, BMS or control system installations preferred</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of HVAC and hydronic systems.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).</li>\n <li>Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.</li>\n <li>Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
