We are a full-service tractor, trailer, and truck repair facility specializing in medium- and heavy-duty over-the-road equipment repairs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are proud to maintain an A+ Better Business Bureau rating and have been recognized as one of Atlanta’s Top Workplaces by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2022.</p>\n<p>We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator / Parts Procurement Specialist to support our Body Shop and Operations teams by sourcing, ordering, and tracking parts for repairs and estimates.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Obtain and compare parts quotes to support estimators and repair planning.</li>\n <li>Order parts for approved repair estimates and new repair jobs.</li>\n <li>Process and order supplemental parts as needed, ensuring proper PO tracking and documentation.</li>\n <li>Research alternative vendors to source aftermarket or backordered parts.</li>\n <li>Communicate daily with vendors regarding order status, pricing, and delivery timelines.</li>\n <li>Track, maintain, and update parts ETA spreadsheets to ensure clear communication with the Body Shop team.</li>\n <li>Review repair orders (ROs) for accurate parts pricing and paint cost allocation.</li>\n <li>Create and manage Special Order Requests for parts procurement.</li>\n <li>Maintain organized purchasing records, purchase orders, and vendor communications.</li>\n <li>Support operational efficiency by helping minimize repair delays related to parts availability.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience in <strong>parts coordination, purchasing, procurement, automotive/truck parts, body shop operations, or related administrative support</strong> preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience with <strong>medium- or heavy-duty truck/trailer parts</strong> is a plus.</li>\n <li>Basic proficiency with <strong>Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word</strong>.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate with team members.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and follow-up skills with vendors and internal teams.</li>\n <li>Dependable attendance and punctuality required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Physical Requirements</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift up to <strong>40 lbs overhead</strong>.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to <strong>80 lbs from floor to waist height</strong>.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in an active shop environment as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Time Off, including holidays</li>\n <li><strong>401(k) with company match</strong> after 90 days of employment</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>Disability Insurance</li>\n <li>Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Family-oriented company culture with a strong focus on work/life balance</li>\n <li>Experienced team environment with opportunities to learn and grow</li>\n <li>Locally operated, family-oriented business</li>\n <li>Career growth opportunities across partner businesses nationwide</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Equal Opportunity Employer</h3>\n<p>CS Truck & Trailer Repair provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
