          "text": "<p>The Mechanical Maintenance Technician will be responsible for mechanical maintenance&#xa0;and troubleshooting on the material handling system at Toronto Pearson Airport. The work performed falls under the direct supervision of the&#xa0;Residential Services Site Manager,&#xa0;Assistant Site Manager or Shift Supervisor.&#xa0;<strong>Must be able to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.</strong></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in the material handling system</li><li>Reset system errors caused by luggage, equipment, or operator issues</li><li>Assist engineers with fault diagnostics and routine maintenance tasks</li><li>Perform scheduled maintenance and clean equipment and surrounding areas</li><li>Support BEUMER Group systems based on customer requirements</li><li>Monitor and report on system performance</li><li>Accurately log activities and part usage in the CMMS system</li><li>Follow all Health and Safety guidelines and protocols</li><li>Escalate issues according to standard procedures</li><li>Provide feedback and operational insights to BEUMER Group management</li></ul><p><u><strong>Work Environment:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Fast-paced airport setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures</li><li>Frequent walking, heavy lifting, and standing across large facilities</li><li>Must be available for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays</li></ul>",
