          "text": "<p>Support resort operations by performing maintenance tasks, including projects, preventive maintenance, and work orders.</p><p>This individual must possess and adhere to the following core values:</p><ul><li><strong>Integrity</strong> – Doing the right thing when no one is looking.</li><li><strong>Passion</strong> – Creating a positive impact.</li><li><strong>Work Ethic</strong> – Taking pride in your work.</li></ul><p><strong>As an Engineering Tech 1, you will also,&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Perform engineering projects, guest calls, blitzes, and preventive maintenance as directed by resort management</li><li>Provide general support by performing basic tasks such as painting, caulking, and wall repairs</li><li>Conduct basic plumbing diagnostics on toilets, bathtubs, jacuzzis, showers, faucets, and sinks, including unclogging</li><li>Reset breakers and GFCIs, replace light bulbs, and measure available voltage using appropriate tools</li><li>Install and/or replace TVs, troubleshoot issues, and program remote controls, TVs, and other electronic devices</li><li>Diagnose appliances, replace minor components, and assist with complete replacements as needed</li><li>Actively participate in procurement and inventory processes to ensure materials and tools are available on-site</li><li>Operate resort operations devices and software effectively (HotSOS and other applicable systems)</li><li>Communicate professionally through radios, phones, emails, and verbal interactions</li><li>Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as required by resort management</li><li>Safely use hand tools, power tools, and battery-powered tools needed for the job</li><li>Work using ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)</li><li>Follow safety guidelines and practices</li><li>Recognize and identify potential safety hazards on the property</li><li>Communicate and interpret guest needs through positive interactions toward resolution</li><li>Adhere to all CFI/Westgate Resorts policies and procedures</li><li>Always represent Westgate Resorts professionally through appearance, attire, and behavior</li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned by resort operations leadership</li></ul>",
