    "description_html": "<p>As a member of a dynamic development team, the Intermediate HW designer will be responsible for design, testing and delivery to manufacturing of carrier-grade Optical Line Terminals (OLTs) and Customer Premise Equipment (CPE)</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>· Work together with hardware engineers, software engineers and system architects to deliver high-quality designs&nbsp;</p><p>· Coordinate and lead various aspects of board-level design, specification, verification, and implementation for OLT circuit packs&nbsp;</p><p>· Work with third-party Suppliers to guide the design of the product through procurement specifications.</p><p>· Coordinate and lead life cycle management of products' BOMs</p><p>· Define technical specifications to support design concepts, and collaborate in peer specification reviews</p><p>· Interface with component vendors and negotiate design specifications with external suppliers</p><p>· Develop and execute test plans, and review results with peers&nbsp;</p><p>· Support the technology transfer to manufacturing/production testing</p><p>· Support Component Engineering efforts during and after design cycles</p><p>· Oversee the development of automated product test stations, review test results.</p><p>· Investigate customer HW related issues</p>",
