Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Review and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure alignment with demand and capacity. Analyze supply and demand balance, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions. Monitor manufacturing performance against the schedule and adjust plans as necessary to meet delivery commitments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing to resolve scheduling issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness. Responsibilities YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production scheduling, materials planning, and inventory control processes. Proficiency with material control systems such as MRP and SAP, enabling effective management of master data and production schedules. Experience analyzing supply and demand data to optimize production plans and resolve scheduling conflicts. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain improvements and ensure on-time delivery. WE VALUE Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field. Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics, or Manufacturing. Good knowledge of MRP/SAP systems and certifications such as APICS or CPIM. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization and lead change initiatives.
