    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Title:</span><span> </span>Industrial Electrician Foreman</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary:</span></p>\n<p>The Industrial Electrician Foreman will lead a team of electricians and contractors to safely and efficiently maintain, troubleshoot, and install electrical systems in an industrial environment. This role places a strong emphasis on preventive and corrective maintenance as well as overseeing electrical aspects of capital improvement projects. The Foreman ensures compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and project timelines while minimizing equipment downtime and maximizing plant reliability.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise, train, and coordinate work for electricians and apprentices performing maintenance, repair, and installation of industrial electrical systems.</li>\n<li>Plan, schedule, and execute electrical maintenance activities to ensure equipment and facility uptime.</li>\n<li>Lead electrical work on capital projects, including reading schematics, reviewing plans, and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other trades.</li>\n<li>Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment such as motors, drives, control panels, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, PLCs, and instrumentation.</li>\n<li>Maintain and update electrical documentation, including wiring diagrams, panel schedules, and asset records.</li>\n<li>Oversee and ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and site-specific safety standards.</li>\n<li>Assist with procurement of materials and tools needed for maintenance and project work.</li>\n<li>Provide regular progress reports to management on maintenance performance and project status.</li>\n<li>Conduct job safety analyses (JSAs) and enforce lockout/tagout (LOTO) and other safety procedures.</li>\n<li>Identify and recommend opportunities for system upgrades, energy efficiency improvements, and cost reductions.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with other departments to minimize production disruptions during maintenance or project work.</li>\n<li>Support commissioning and startup activities for new or modified equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED required; technical school diploma or associate degree in Electrical Technology preferred.</li>\n<li>Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license strongly preferred.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 5-7 years of industrial electrical experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of industrial electrical systems up to 480V (or higher as required).</li>\n<li>Experience with VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for work orders and asset tracking.</li>\n<li>Proven track record of successfully managing capital projects and coordinating contractors.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and P&amp;IDs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Industrial manufacturing or processing plant environment with exposure to noise, heat, heights, and confined spaces.</li>\n<li>Must be able to work overtime, weekends, or on-call as needed to support production or project deadlines.</li>\n<li>Physical requirements include standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working at heights.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>ESOP- Employee Owned Company</li>\n<li>Competitive pay with overtime eligibility.</li>\n<li>Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.</li>\n<li>401(k) with company match.</li>\n<li>Paid time off and holidays.</li>\n<li>Opportunities for training, certification, and career advancement.</li>\n</ul>",
