They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.</p><p><strong>Keys to Success in this Role:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent. Two (2) years trade school and Freon License.</li><li>Two (2) years hands on experience. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
