Come, stay, and grow with us.</p>\n<h2>What Drives Success</h2>\n<p>As an <strong>HVAC Lab Technician</strong>, you will support mechanical engineers with the setup, testing, and evaluation of HVAC components, equipment, and prototype systems. This role involves hands-on work in a lab environment, including assembling and modifying mechanical components, conducting operational testing, and documenting results through detailed reports and data analysis.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Set up and test HVAC prototype units and subassemblies under operational conditions</li>\n <li>Fabricate, assemble, and modify mechanical components and assemblies</li>\n <li>Record and document test procedures and results using numerical and graphical data</li>\n <li>Support mechanical engineers with product testing and evaluation</li>\n <li>Assist with proposals, cost estimates, and workload planning</li>\n <li>Help establish project schedules and completion timelines</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Are Looking For</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required</li>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Familiarity with design techniques, tools, and engineering principles used to create technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong>: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).  The starting salary range for this role and market is between $52,000-$68,250 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Employees in this role are also eligible for a<strong> </strong>bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong>: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Our Culture</strong>: At Lennox, our Core Values of Integrity, Respect & Excellence are ingrained in the fabric of the organization.
