You will have a history of producing quality work with attention to detail in order to meet and exceed the rentals fleet expectations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This role is based out of Leduc, Alberta.</strong></p>\n<h2>The Team</h2>\n<p>Join a collaborative and safety-focused team that takes pride in maintaining a high-quality rental fleet while supporting one another to meet operational goals. Our team values positive attitudes, strong communication, and a willingness to work together to solve problems, share knowledge, and deliver exceptional service to our customers.</p>\n<h2>Work Environment</h2>\n<p>This position is based full-time in our Leduc shop with occasional field service work to support operations as needed. The role offers a hands-on, fast-paced environment where safety is the top priority, requiring strong technical aptitude, computer skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining SECURE's culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.</p>\n<h2>A Day in The Life</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintaining the rental fleet’s electrical systems.</li>\n <li>Use multimeters and electrical testing equipment proficiently. </li>\n <li>Understand PLC programming logic and assist with troubleshooting control systems.</li>\n <li>Install new electrical equipment and run wiring as required.</li>\n <li>Troubleshooting the electrical systems  </li>\n <li>Inventory management  </li>\n <li>Helping with larger maintenance projects as needed.</li>\n <li>Coordinate work activities with the Shop Manager. </li>\n <li>Prepare and maintain work sites to ensure safe operations. </li>\n <li>Field service calls</li>\n <li>Support field staff with troubleshooting problems</li>\n <li>Performing other duties as required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills, Experience & Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Reliable – strict adherence to Company attendance standards.</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills, math skills, and be good with numbers.</li>\n <li>Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to effectively and efficiently perform the job productively under tight deadlines.</li>\n <li>Must have positive communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Must be available for weekend on-call rotation. </li>\n <li>Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's licence.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What's in it for you</h2>\n<p>At SECURE, we focus on opportunities for growth and improvement; for our employees, our customers, our partners, and the communities we operate in.
