          "text": "<p>Position to fill: Core Banking Sr. Implementation Manager</p><p><br /></p><p>Industry Core Banking Software</p><p><br /></p><p>Location: Remote, Various US Cities</p><p><br /></p><p>Salary range: Strong compensation package + benefits</p><p><br /></p><p>Job Description:--</p><p><br /></p><p>Our client is an innovative Core Banking software company looking for an experienced </p><p><span>Sr. Software Implementation Manager with strong Core Banking vendor experience.</span><br /></p><p><span>The Sr. Implementation Manager is responsible for the end-to-end rollout of the </span><br /></p><p><span>company&apos;s innovative Core Banking software and ensuring that the clients&apos; are adequately </span><br /></p><p><span>trained on the solution. </span><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><span>She/he must:</span><br /></p><p><span>-Exercise judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver </span><br /></p><p><span>the company&apos;s Core banking installations at Credit Unions and Community Banks.</span><br /></p><p><span>-Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing the company&apos;s </span><br /></p><p><span>solutions to meet specific client needs and objectives.</span><br /></p><p><span>-Demonstrate expertise in Core Banking business processes and work with software </span><br /></p><p><span>developers to continually improve of the company&apos;s solutions.</span><br /></p><p><span>-Work with developers to address the market conditions across multiple products.</span><br /></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>Requirements:--</span><br /></p><p><span>- at least 6 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years </span><br /></p><p><span>of Core Banking experience working with a Core Banking vendor. </span><br /></p><p><span>-Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.</span><br /></p><p><span>- Product or technical expertise in implementing Core Banking Applications.</span><br /></p><p><span>-Experience working with Credit Unions and Community Banks. </span><br /></p><p><span>-Ability to communicate effectively.  </span><br /></p><p><span>-Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. </span><br /></p><p><span> -Strong influencing and negotiation skills. </span><br /></p><p><span> -Ability to travel as needed.</span><br /></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>Strong compensation package + benefits</span><br /></p>",
