    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>Trains with the Process Operator on the following duties and responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Conduct field inspections to ensure that operational conditions align with DCS reflected conditions</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain process operating parameters within specified safe and allowable ranges</span></li>\n <li><span>Recognize, troubleshoot, and correct and/or report process issues.</span></li>\n <li><span>Complete daily production and inventory (material and energy balance) reports</span></li>\n <li><span>Provide supervision and support to Lab and Load Operators</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Education and Qualifications</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>High school diploma or GED required.
