Meeting with Clients: Conducting comprehensive meetings with clients to understand their financial goals and retirement aspirations.
Needs Analysis: Performing thorough needs analyses to assess clients' current financial situations and future retirement needs.
Providing and Explaining Solutions: Recommending appropriate insurance and retirement products tailored to clients' individual circumstances using our automated systems and back office support.
Rigorous Follow-Up: Ensuring seamless implementation of recommended solutions and providing ongoing support and service to clients.
Industry Awareness: Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.
Following a Proven Playbook: Adhering to a structured approach and utilizing a proven playbook to deliver consistent and effective client outcomes.

Qualifications
What you bring:
Proven experience in financial services, particularly in retirement planning or insurance sales.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, RICP) are preferred but not required.
