    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Compliance &amp; Control to join our Financial Crimes Compliance AML Surveillance Transaction Monitoring team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA.</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 4pt;\">In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Utilize transaction monitoring tools to identify, review, and escalate potentially suspicious activity including money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, and fraud</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Perform Level 2 investigative reviews involving escalated transaction monitoring alerts, including analysis, research, documentation, and escalation decisioning</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Research transactional activity and document findings clearly and accurately</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Prepare well-supported written narratives and investigative documentation to support alert closure or escalation for Suspicious Activity Report (“SAR”) consideration</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Perform analysis related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Complete all work with strong attention to detail, ensuring adherence to established procedures</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Complete investigations in a timely manner with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Contribute to the identification of key risks and the preparation of associated reports</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 115%;\">With direct guidance, contribute to projects and program tasks to strengthen compliance and enhance the control environment</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Gain expertise in transaction monitoring and conduct risk-based reviews related to regulatory requirements and control gaps&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Contribute to the achievement of team objectives</p></li></ul><p style=\"margin: 8pt 0in 4pt;\">To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelors’ degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required</li><li>3 - 5 years of total work experience preferred</li><li>Subject matter expertise in financial crimes investigations involving digital assets, correspondent banking, securities (broker-dealer), institutional custody, and/or private wealth</li><li>Financial Services, Audit, or Compliance background and/or experience with financial services compliance and/or experience with the assigned products, services or business lines/areas and the pertaining laws, regulations, and rules of relevant regulators preferred</li><li>ACAMS (Association of Certified Anti-Moey Laundering Specialists) or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) certification and / or intelligence work in the private or public sector, is a plus</li></ul>",
