This position assists the life enrichment and other departments in conducting programs, activities and outings for residents of the community.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Transport residents safely on outings, trips, doctor appointments and shuttles.</li>\n <li>Operate the wheelchair lift in a safe manner and ensure wheelchairs are secure prior to driving the vehicle.</li>\n <li>Ensure all community vehicles are clean, maintained, and fueled. </li>\n <li>Maintain the maintenance log for the vehicle. </li>\n <li>Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle before and after use. </li>\n <li>Assist with community events and activities as needed.</li>\n <li>Supervise residents in activities outside the community as needed. </li>\n <li>Ensure that all community vehicles have current registration and relevant safety/emissions testing. </li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Position Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education</strong>: High School Diploma/GED</p>\n<p><strong>Licenses/Certifications: </strong>Valid Driver’s License or Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) depending on the community vehicle’s requirements</p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong>: 1+ years of driving experience</p>\n<p><strong>Skills</strong> <strong>& Abilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The ability to patiently assist residents get on the vehicle and answer their questions as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Travel</strong>: Consistent, local travel to transport residents</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#Livingjoyfully</p>\n<h2>Min</h2>USD $16.00/Hr.\n<h2>Max</h2>USD $18.50/Hr.",
