About the role
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Pool Attendant. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests at our resort pool. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent guest service skills and a passion for hospitality.
How you will be successful
Greet and check in residents and their guests to the pool area Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure guest safety Monitor pool area for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues Assist with setting up and organizing poolside furniture and umbrellas Respond to resident and guest inquiries and provide information about amenities What you need
Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer service preferred Strong communication skills Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and tact Join our team as a Pool Attendant/Concierge and enjoy the benefits of working at a pool environment.
