You&rsquo;ll oversee the day-to-day construction activity, ensuring every phase is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Working closely with Project Management and field teams, you&rsquo;ll bring plans to life and build lasting relationships with clients, trade partners, and design teams.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">In this role, you will:</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Lead onsite construction efforts from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Create safety, phasing, and logistics plans during Preconstruction and refine them throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring associated costs are incorporated into project budgets</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Develop and maintain the master project schedule and look-ahead schedules, collaborating closely with Project Management and trade partners to stay on track</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Coordinate subcontractor-procured and owner-furnished equipment and materials to ensure proper construction sequencing and minimize delays</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Conduct regular site inspections, enforce safety standards, and ensure full compliance with company and client requirements</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Document QA/QC issues identified during the punch list and commissioning process, ensuring prompt resolution and high-quality outcomes</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Build and maintain strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to foster collaboration and trust</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Assist the Project Manager in reviewing and submitting change orders promptly with proper documentation and clear communication</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Establish agendas and lead field-based meetings, including Foreman Meetings, Daily Huddles, and Subcontractor Coordination Meetings, capturing and distributing key takeaways</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Mentor and guide Project Foremen, Assistant Superintendents, and Field Engineers, ensuring they meet expectations and continue developing their skills</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Attend monthly profit review meetings and collaborate with the Project Management team to monitor progress and maintain cost control</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Your educational background &amp;
