Assists cardiologist during transesophageal echocardiographic studies. Maintains records and logs studies performed.</p>\n<p>Job Responsibility</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Performs echocardiographic and cardiac Doppler studies and prepares quantitative calculations.</p>\n<p>Assists cardiologist during transesophageal echocardiographic studies.</p>\n<p>Delivers preliminary echo impressions to physicians, as requested.</p>\n<p>Maintains records and logs of studies performed.</p>\n<p>Performs minor repairs and frequent calibration checks and adjusts ultrasound equipment when necessary.</p>\n<p>Performs related duties, as required.*ADA Essential Functions</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Job Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent, required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Graduate of an approved program in echocardiography or ultrasound, required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Minimum of two (2) years experience performing echocardiographic and cardiac Doppler studies, required.</li>\n <li>Hospital experience, preferred.</li>\n <li>*Per diem role, varied shifts.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
