Complete projects in a safe and productive manner. Performs other duties as assigned by management.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complies with and ensures compliance with all Tri-M safety policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Complies with and ensures compliance with all Tri-M employment policies and procedures including standards of conduct and appearance to reflect positively on the Company.</li>\n<li>Lays out and/or installs cable raceways.</li>\n<li>Install and terminate access control, intrusion, and CCTV devices.</li>\n<li>Assists higher level technicians with retrofits of existing intrusion, access control, and CCTV systems.</li>\n<li>Keeps abreast of the latest industry equipment, electrical, electronic, and construction techniques and standards and attends pertinent technical and safety training. </li>\n<li>Assists in service work as needed. </li>\n<li>Administers all projects, as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Requirements</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skill/Education:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school education or equivalency; post high school education desirable but not required</li>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in security installation preferred.</li>\n<li>Ability to read, understand and effectively apply all security drawings, specifications, and electrical schematics</li>\n<li>Ability to tip and test ethernet cable for CCTV installations</li>\n<li>Capable of installing and wiring various security devices</li>\n<li>Ability to organize and administer multiple job functions with good attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Basic level computer literacy including word processing, working with spreadsheets, processing emails and data entry</li>\n<li>Knowledge of and ability to deal with other construction trades</li>\n<li>Must be confident, decisive, self-motivated.</li>\n<li>Ability to travel to jobsites, as needed. </li>\n<li>Maintain a valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving eligibility requirements as outlined in Tri-M/EnerG Test Policies. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working 40 hours/week, scheduled in 8 to 10 hour shifts</li>\n<li>Standing and climbing 4 to 6 hours/day</li>\n<li>Kneeling, lifting, reaching above shoulders, and bending  4 to 5 hours/day</li>\n<li>Twisting (180° ) and walking 2 to 3 hours/day</li>\n<li>Squatting and sitting 1 to 2 hours/day</li>\n<li>Lifting weights of 0 to 75 lbs. at the following frequencies:  continuous lifting of 10 to 35 lbs.; frequent lifting of 35 to 50 lbs.; occasional lifting of 50 to 75 lbs.; sizes &amp; shapes of objects vary from concrete blocks to cylinders to 10’ lengths of metallic conduit and 20' lengths of PVC conduit; average carry requirements, 60 lbs. for 40'</li>\n<li>Ability to lift from floor to above shoulder</li>\n<li>Repetitive use of hands includes: continuous grasping up to 50 lbs.; frequent pushing and pulling of 50 to 75 lbs.; and fine motor coordination for receptacle installation and wire terminations</li>\n<li>Repetitive use of feet is required for operating heavy equipment, conduit benders and vertical climbing</li>\n<li>Vision adequate for blueprint reading and color coding for wire identification</li>\n<li>Balance adequate for continuous climbing of ladders, scaffolds, and lifts and for working from heights.</li>\n<li>Environmental factors may include working in temperature extremes of 0° F to 100° F up to 8 hours inside or outside and atmospheric exposure to dust, gases, fumes, and odors within the Permissible Exposure Limits (PEL).</li>\n<li>Special hazards include exposure to mechanical, electrical, chemical, and potentially explosive hazards</li>\n<li>Personal protective equipment includes use of hard hat, safety glasses, protected-toe boots, and appropriate gloves for the task.  Equipment on an \"as needed\" basis may include fall protection, dust mask, respirator, hearing protection, arc flash protective gear, and dielectrically insulated gloves and/or sleeves, etc. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
