They coordinate and supervise CNC operators and machinists, assign workloads, monitor machine performance, and troubleshoot technical issues on the shop floor.</p><p data-start=\"332\" data-end=\"567\">They ensure that production targets are met while maintaining precision and minimizing downtime.
