Together, we can.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p>\n<p> Deco operators will repair, maintain, and operate equipment used in applying the decoration to the cans. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s In It for You:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive pay.</li>\n <li>Employee benefit options.</li>\n <li>Paid vacation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure proper operation of large industrial equipment such as Concord 36mrt Decorators and pinchain ovens</li>\n <li>Uses hand and power tools such as wrenches, ratchets, various power tools, calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to ensure equipment is running correctly and product is within required specifications</li>\n <li>Must have a keen eye for details </li>\n <li>Set up various printed jobs on the decorators. To include registration of images and exact color matching</li>\n <li>Troubleshoots and repairs machines when unexpected issues arise.</li>\n <li>Performs preventive maintenance on equipment.</li>\n <li>Conducts safety inspections of the equipment and area assigned (deco)</li>\n <li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Thorough and broad understanding of a variety of equipment.</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Ability to see fine print and diagnose registration issues on cans</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Thorough understanding of safety practices, guidelines, rules, and laws.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work well within a team environment or on one’s own.</li>\n <li><strong>Must be able to pass a color test.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational school or associate’s degree in a related field preferred.</li>\n <li>At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>At least 2 years of experience in a mechanical role.</li>\n <li>Prior printing experience is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Can One USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
