Conduct prospecting activities to identify potential clients across multiple industries Perform cold outreach via phone calls, emails and Linkedin to engage new prospects Qualify leads by uderstanding client needs, business challenges and decision-making structures Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Managers to support piepline growth Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and target accounts Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records in the Salesforce CRM system
1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation or business development Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field Proven track record using a sales methodology to generate business lead, open doors and manage the sales cycle to contract signature Experience with outbound prospecting and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
And You Are:
collaborative and team-oriented with great time management and organizational skills autonomous and ambitious with a high level of motivation result-driven with a "go-getter" mindset an excellent communicator (verbal and written) with heightened listening skills with a high-level of business integrity and ethics
