Join DCI today to build relationships and gain fulfillment serving individuals with a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio than other providers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <strong>Dialysis Home Therapies Nurse</strong> coordinates the administrative and clinical aspects of the home dialysis program, including home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatment options, and communicates with patients and support staff to ensure the highest standards of care.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Fulltime, Monday through Friday, shifts start at 8am; on call as needed</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> Pay range from $30.00-$42.77 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits</li>\n <li>Life and long-term disability insurance provided at no additional expense to employee</li>\n <li>Paid time off (PTO) including holidays</li>\n <li>Extended Sick Bank (ESB) in addition to PTO – paid time for doctor appointments, sickness or medical leave</li>\n <li>Retirement plans with $.50 of each contributed dollar matched for eligible employees, up to 8 percent</li>\n <li>Education reimbursement</li>\n <li>Employee assistance program</li>\n <li>Wellness program</li>\n <li>Among others</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You Can Expect:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with medical team on patient care concerns, hospitalizations, discharges and/or modality changes, etc.</li>\n <li>Coordinate home training sessions, clinic visits, patient care conferences, home visits and all clinical and educational activities to assure efficient and productive use of nursing hours and program facilities</li>\n <li>Monitor patient supply ordering and usage while maintaining quality care</li>\n <li>Communicate regularly regarding home program activities with interdisciplinary care team</li>\n <li>Monitor ongoing patient care parameters</li>\n <li>Perform all registered nurse functions and duties</li>\n <li>Create and maintain appropriate record keeping, patient training and documentation in accordance with ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, DCI CQI program and the dialysis facility's policies and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Successful Candidates Bring:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and a desire to teach</li>\n <li>Demonstrated clinical excellence</li>\n <li>Strong leadership skills</li>\n <li>Desire to collaborate with care teams</li>\n <li>Ability to problem solve</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education/Training:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Accredited nursing degree</li>\n <li>Dialysis experience a plus</li>\n <li>Current SC RN license</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license and safe driving record required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>DCI’s Differentiator:</strong>Since opening the first clinic 50 years ago in Nashville, Tenn., our Dialysis Clinic, Inc. family has grown to be the nation’s largest nonprofit dialysis provider with more than 270 locations in 30 states, serving nearly 14,000 patients each day.
