In this role, you&#39;ll be responsible for setting up and optimizing production equipment, changing molds, troubleshooting process issues, and ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with machinery, and making a direct impact on production performance and product quality.</p><h2>What You&#39;ll Do:</h2><ul><li>Set up and operate molding press equipment for production runs</li><li>Change molds and adjust machine settings to meet production and quality requirements</li><li>Monitor production processes and make adjustments to improve efficiency and product quality</li><li>Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and process issues to minimize downtime</li><li>Verify product weights, dimensions, and specifications</li><li>Audit and document machine settings and process parameters</li><li>Clean and maintain molds and equipment</li><li>Support continuous improvement efforts within the department</li><li>Complete required production and process documentation</li><li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment</li></ul><h2>What We&#39;re Looking For:</h2><ul><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Manufacturing experience preferred; molding, rubber, plastics, or related experience is a plus</li><li>Ability to identify problems and implement practical solutions</li><li>Basic math and measurement skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Forklift experience is a plus (training provided)</li></ul><h2>Why Join Us?</h2><p>At milkrite | InterPuls, we believe work should support your life&mdash;not compete with it.
