This role focuses on providing therapeutic support to children (primarily ages 0–9) and their families, helping them navigate developmental, emotional, and relational challenges through compassionate, culturally responsive care.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>At our organization, we are committed to more than just providing therapy. We are constantly seeking exceptional clinicians who are focused on achieving positive outcomes for their clients.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide individual, family, and/or play therapy to children and their caregivers</li>\n<li>Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical assessments</li>\n<li>Collaborate with schools, medical providers, and other community supports</li>\n<li>Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and training opportunities</li>\n<li>Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using an EMR system</li>\n<li>Uphold ethical and professional standards in all aspects of care delivery</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field</li>\n<li>Active Oregon license (or associate registration) as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent</li>\n<li>Experience providing therapy to children and families</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and family-centered care</li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team</li>\n<li>Proficiency in clinical documentation and use of electronic medical records (EMRs)</li>\n<li>Must pass a background check and meet all requirements for working with vulnerable populations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Specialized training or experience in early childhood development (ages 0–5)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as play therapy, PCIT, DBT, EMDR, or CBT</li>\n<li>Bilingual or multilingual abilities</li>\n<li>Knowledge of community resources and family systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compassionate and knowledgeable clinical supervision</li>\n<li>$2,000 annual training &amp; certification stipend</li>\n<li>Paid ADHD certification course</li>\n<li>In-house EMDR training and supervision</li>\n<li>Full health, dental, and vision coverage</li>\n<li>Life insurance and disability coverage</li>\n<li>3% Simple IRA match</li>\n<li>Business laptop and phone</li>\n<li>Downtown wellness/fitness membership</li>\n<li>5 weeks paid time off annually</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Join Our Mission:</span><br>At Shine Counseling, we believe in transforming lives through inclusive, trauma-informed care while supporting our clinicians in their personal and professional growth.
