This role focuses on incident response, task execution, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure refresh activities, ensuring compliance with NERC CIP standards and regulatory requirements.<p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Job Description</b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p><b>What you’ll do:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Essential Job Functions &amp; Tasks</b></p><ul><li><p>Provide day-to-day support for network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) in a regulated environment</p></li><li><p>Respond to and resolve network incidents, outages, and service degradation</p></li><li><p>Execute operational tasks and configuration changes in accordance with change management and NERC CIP requirements  </p></li><li><p>Perform lifecycle refresh activities including hardware/software upgrades and replacements</p></li><li><p>Identify, track, and remediate network vulnerabilities in alignment with NERC CIP cybersecurity standards</p></li><li><p>Support firewall configuration and maintenance (Cisco ASA, FTD, Fortigate)</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with NERC CIP controls including access management, configuration management, patching, and audit readiness</p></li><li><p>Maintain documentation to support regulatory audits, evidence requests, and compliance reporting</p></li><li><p>Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation</p></li></ul><div></div><p><b>Required Experience &amp; Skills</b></p><ul><li><p>5–7&#43; years of network operations or engineering experience in a large enterprise or regulated environment</p></li><li><p>Strong troubleshooting skills across routing, switching, and firewall technologies</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting incidents, lifecycle upgrades, and vulnerability remediation programs</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network security best practices</p></li><li><p>Experience with network monitoring and logging tools (SolarWinds, Splunk)</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management)</p></li></ul><div></div><p><b>Preferred Experience &amp; Skills</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in NERC CIP, Nuclear, or other highly regulated environments</p></li><li><p>Experience with IPAM/DDI solutions</p></li><li><p>Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certification</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We&#39;re Looking For:</b></p><p></p><p>Education requirements are listed below:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor&#39;s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Work Experience requirement listed below:</p><ul><li><p>7 years of relevant work experience is required.
