    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a <strong>Portfolio Implementation Analyst</strong> to join our investment organization during an exciting period of growth. This role will support the ongoing growth of our active ETF platform, as well as other traditional investment vehicles.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The position sits at the intersection of <strong>portfolio management, ETF capital markets, trading, operations, and technology</strong>, offering meaningful exposure to investment decision‑making across <strong>equity and fixed income strategies</strong>. It is well‑suited for a mid‑level professional who brings strong execution skills and is interested in expanding their scope and impact over time within a growing investment platform.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Location(s): San Francisco, CA, Charlotte, NC, or Milwaukee, WI</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>*Candidate must be able to work West Coast (Pacific Time) hours.*</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the <strong>launch and ongoing management of ETFs</strong>, partnering closely with portfolio management, capital markets, trading, operations, legal, compliance, and technology teams.</li>\n <li>Implement daily portfolio activity across <strong>equity and fixed income ETFs, mutual funds, and related investment vehicles</strong>, including: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Managing cash flows, inflows/outflows, and equitized cash</li>\n  <li>Raising and investing cash</li>\n  <li>Rebalancing portfolios to models, benchmarks, and exposure targets</li>\n  <li>Monitoring and executing corporate actions</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Support <strong>in‑kind create and redeem activity</strong>, including: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Responding to negotiated and custom in‑kind orders</li>\n  <li>Constructing create/redeem baskets using internal tools and market data</li>\n  <li>Coordinating with ETF capital markets teams, market makers, and authorized participants</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Collaborate with Portfolio Managers on <strong>tax‑aware implementation</strong>, including gain/loss management and custom basket activity.</li>\n <li>Validate trade lists, run pre‑trade compliance checks, and coordinate execution with trading partners.</li>\n <li>Participate in <strong>complex transactions, special projects, and new product initiatives</strong>.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate strategy, account, and process documentation.</li>\n <li>Contribute to efforts to <strong>improve workflows, enhance scalability, and reduce operational risk</strong> as the platform evolves.</li>\n <li>The responsibilities cover all traditional asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income and Options)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>Approximately <strong>5–7 years of experience</strong> in asset management, investments, trading, or portfolio implementation</li>\n <li>Hands‑on experience supporting <strong>equity or fixed income portfolios</strong> (experience with both is a plus)</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of portfolio implementation concepts, market structure, and trading workflows</li>\n <li>Understanding of ETFs and/or mutual funds, including operational and structural considerations</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and risk awareness</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment</li>\n <li>Remain in stationary position for prolonged periods of time</li>\n <li>Operate computer programs and software</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats</li>\n <li>Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or public)</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting ETFs, including in‑kind create and redeem activity</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Bloomberg (AIM, ETFO), FactSet, CRD, or similar systems</li>\n <li>Experience working with multiple account structures (ETFs, mutual funds, SMAs, UCITS, long/short portfolios)</li>\n <li>Exposure to process improvement, automation, or technology initiatives</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of SQL, VBA, or Python is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Please note</strong></em><em>: This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas.
