Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform on site installations, IT troubleshooting and programming services on alarms, access control and video surveillance equipment, communication and security systems; maintaining a regular inspection schedule documenting activities; assisting other skilled trades; and ensuring that tools and materials are available as needed.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform upgrades and additions to Security Systems in order to increase functionality.</li><li>Evaluate, diagnose, <strong>troubleshoot and perform repairs</strong> as necessary.</li><li>Install, maintain, or repair security systems, security devices, or related equipment, following blueprints of electrical layouts and building plans.</li><li>All work is performed to RFI standards and quality techniques are practiced.</li><li>Work with personal on system startup to ensure complete system compliance.</li><li>Adhere to procedures and standards in system design for quality installations.</li><li>Maintain and update project information with in RFI shared files and systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities without supervision.</li><li>Capacity to organize workload for effective implementation.</li><li>Be knowledgeable of current industry standards and emerging technologies.</li><li>Other duties deemed necessary.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Education, Work Experience and Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school education, or equivalent, or 2-year associate degree in electronics required.&nbsp;</li><li>5 years minimum experience with security installations.&nbsp;</li><li>Proper hand and power tool operations and safety. &nbsp;</li><li>Basic computer skills. &nbsp;</li><li>This position requires a valid driver&rsquo;s license, clean driving record, and insurance.</li><li>Effective written and oral communication skills. &nbsp;</li><li>Maintain professional licensing and certifications as required by manufacturers, State and Local jurisdictions.&nbsp;</li><li>Military training / experience a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>PAY RANGE: $45-65 HOURLY&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n    </div>\n  \n",
