With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.</p>\n<p><strong>Role description:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good management skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent technical knowledge, academically good</li>\n <li>Advanced Experience in software’s used for BIM modelling.</li>\n <li>Good understanding of BIM Level 2 processes &amp; workflows</li>\n <li>Good knowledge of Microsoft office.</li>\n <li>A strong, self-motivated and assertive person capable of working under pressure and leading a team.</li>\n <li>Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and manage teams.</li>\n <li>Flexible to adopt new work /challenge work as per business requirement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in planning and execution of BIM projects as per BIM Level 2 standards.</li>\n <li>Production, Detailing and verification of BIM models and Drainage drawings such as General arrangement, plan profile, cross-sections, standard details, pipe networks, corridors for highway / Urban projects both 2D and 3D independently and lead teams to produce same.</li>\n <li>Effectively manage own and team time across multiple projects &amp; fulfill responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Perform Quality assurance checks on all deliverable to ensure CAD/BIM standard compliance &amp; other project specific elements, including but not limited to layers, styles, title blocks, naming conventions, text parameters etc. across multiple projects.</li>\n <li>Taking responsibility for technical quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/ modifications across multiple projects.</li>\n <li>Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines to mitigate design challenges.</li>\n <li>Proactively engaging with various Arcadis Regional offices/ teams regarding resolving issues and create strong relationships with project colleagues in the regions, evidenced through great feedback.</li>\n <li>Liaising with and assisting the design professional and BIM Manager / Coordinator.</li>\n <li>Adhere to the schedule and quality Checks and PCRA requirements.</li>\n <li>Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.</li>\n <li>Develop and grow team capabilities to as per business requirements.</li>\n <li>Assist in the preparation of BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.</li>\n <li>Develop BIM content standards and development procedures and assist in developing new processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Diploma in Civil Engineering/BE Civil / ITI Drafting from a recognized University.</li>\n <li>6+ years’ relevant experience.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Minimum of 4 years of working experience for International Design Projects for Highway Drainage / Urban Drainage and a minimum of 2 years of working experience for UK projects in delivering various multiple project deliverables with BIM compliance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
