You will thrive here if you are a \"fixer\" who wants to understand how machines work and takes pride in high-quality, \"zero-defect\" results.</p><p><strong>Your Day-to-Day:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Machine Operation:</strong> Perform routine set-ups, changeovers, and monitor machine performance to ensure products meet exact specifications.</p></li><li><p><strong>Problem Solving: </strong>Troubleshoot malfunctions to find root causes rather than \"band-aid\" fixes.</p></li><li><p><strong>Data Integrity:</strong> Accurately record operating data and downtime using computer applications (MFG Pro).</p></li><li><p><strong>Collaboration: </strong>Work with your team to improve safety, quality, and 5S standards.</p></li></ul>",
