You will be responsible for managing the full financial lifecycle of projects, from setup and budgeting to reporting and closeout, while ensuring accurate data in our ERP and project management systems. You will provide financial insights, support decision-making, and work closely with project teams, operations, and leadership to improve processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency! This is a hybrid position, requiring in-office work three days per week at our St. Paul, Minnesota location.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Your Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>1. Financial Planning and Analysis</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Responsible for all project lifecycle from project set up to close out in company ERP system. &nbsp;Projects are set up to align with as sold contracts, project type, budgets, costs, revenue recognition rules, etc. &nbsp;Proper close out to include final performance reporting, billing, subcontract and revenue reconciliations, etc.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial models.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Track project costs, expenditures, and commitments against approved budgets.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Prepare variance analysis and highlight financial risks or opportunities.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Support long-term financial planning and expenditure forecasting.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Perform finance activities for Joint Venture partnerships including project and partner reporting, invoicing, and other contract commitments.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Work in Progress (WIP) analysis and reporting.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>2. Project Accounting and Reporting</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Record and reconcile project-related transactions in financial systems.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Generate financial reports for project stakeholders, including cost reports, progress billing, and KPI dashboards.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ensure accurate project accruals and cost allocations according to company process.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Assist project managers in interpreting financial data for decision-making.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>3. Internal Controls and Compliance</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Implement, maintain, and monitor financial controls related to projects.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ensure compliance with corporate policies, GAAP/IFRS accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Conduct audits or reviews of project financials to identify discrepancies or inefficiencies.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Recommend process improvements to strengthen controls and reduce risk.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>4.
