This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.&#160;&#160;</p><p>As a Site Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success execution of cleaning projects from inception to completion. You'll be entrusted with various responsibilities, including learning and understanding Data Center environments.</p><p><strong>$19+/hour</strong></p><p><u><strong>Job Duties:</strong></u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Follow directions from Supervisor and/or Team Lead</li><li>Clean, chemically treat, and vacuum physical surfaces within a construction, technical or GMP environment.&#160;</li><li>Subfloor vacuuming and wiping.</li><li>Drop ceiling vacuuming and wiping.</li><li>Clean outside of cabinets.</li><li>Floor surface vacuuming and mopping (both vinyl and HPL floors).</li><li>Dust furniture, walls, machines, or hardware.</li><li>Clean windows, glass allotments and mirrors utilizing foamy water or different cleaners.</li></ul><p><u><b>Requirements:</b></u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently</li><li>Willing to submit to a criminal background check</li><li>Willing to submit to substance screening</li><li>Must have reliable transportation</li><li>Comfortable with heights and small spaces</li><li>Valid Government-issued ID</li></ul><p><u><b>Preferred:</b></u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bilingual</li><li>Knowledge of Data Centers and/or construction sites</li><li>Experience as a Cleaner/Janitor</li><li>OSHA 10 Certification</li></ul><p>Email your resume to&#160;<a href=\"/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection#e685879483839495a6b683948381948f8883b283878bc885898b\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"__cf_email__\" data-cfemail=\"d3b2a3a3bfaa9383b6a1b6b4a1babdb687b6b2befdb0bcbe\">[email&#160;protected]</span></a>&#160;ASAP or apply here for consideration.</p>",
